6/22 Green Muni Summit

To Join Us, RSVP Below!

Join us for our 6th Green Muni Summit! This will be the final summit of 2019. After the release of our Municipal Light Plant Report and many local town meetings, there will be a lot to update each other on.

Disclaimer: This event is not for clean energy company staff to attend. As a non-profit we strive to provide organizing spaces with the most relevant constituents in attendance and can't promote, favor, or recommend any specific companies.

Who: Municipal Light Plant customers, light board members and managers in Massachusetts
What: Green Muni Summit
When: June 22, 10 am to 3 pm
Where: Lincoln, MA

We have covered many topics at our previous Green Muni Action Summits. From the basics of energy to distributed solar, community organizing, and electrification. This time we will focus on energy storage! Jerry Frenkil our volunteer leader of our research group will present his white-paper on the benefits of storage. As storage starts to take off, it's important to get ahead of the curve and start thinking about how Munis can best use storage to increase renewables, reliability, resilience and reduce costs.

As always, there will be lots of learning and inspiration from fellow Muni advocates! Join us to learn and take action on helping Municipal Light Plants live up to their potential as climate leaders.
