MCAN and 350, along with Toxics ActionCenter and the Mass Power Forward coalition, invite you to join a webinar that will walk you through the process of writing and submitting a warrant article, as well as helping you think through the process of successfully passing it.

Our speakers with include Claire Miller of Toxics Action Center and advocates from towns that have passed warrant articles on community choice aggregation and on becoming a green community. You will get to hear how they did it and what made their effort successful.
