The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program is a relatively new and potentially immensely beneficial program that can help municipalities (served by municipal utilities and investor-owned utilities) increase energy efficiency and expand the use of clean energy among commercial buildings and multi-family housing.

Join MCAN to learn about how the PACE program works, how communities go about opting into the program, and the benefits that communities (especially MLP communities) stand to gain from opting into the PACE program.
