May 2023 Report: Overly Impacted and Rarely Heard: Incorporating Community Voices Into Massachusetts Energy Regulatory Processes
Check out this report from our collaboration with the Attorney General's Office to identify recommendations for the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and the Energy Facility Siting Board (EFSB) to improve operations. The report calls for these entities to become more transparent about their decision-making processes, center environmental justice needs with a seat at the table, and provide plain language as well as opportunities for equitable public consumption.
