How do we tackle climate change and at the same time provide funding to towns for clean energy investments, reduce costs and allow us to adapt to the changing climate?  Come hear Representative Jen Benson's (D-37th Middlesex) proposals on carbon pricing and a Green Infrastructure Fund that will generate $400-600 million annually.  Benson was invited to the Pioneer Valley by Representative Natalie Blais (D, 1st Franklin).  Benson will also speak about her bill to modernize the grid and promote local energy investments.
